Delivery Services
Our main logistics partners will be responsible for transportation worldwide, ensuring that orders are delivered to customers quickly and safely. Various shipping methods are available, including standard international express and air express, to meet the diverse needs of customers.

 All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order confirmation, packaging, and logistics preparation. Estimated shipping times are provided, depending on the shipping method and destination chosen by the customer. Customers can view the estimated delivery date on the checkout page or in the order confirmation email. International shipping may be influenced by factors such as customs clearance, so an approximate international shipping duration is provided, but an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized Products
Personalized products require 7-10 business days. Once completed, personalized products ship within 3 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. If you are looking to receive an order by a specific date, please contact  sierra@pluseslife.com.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on factors such as destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Customers can view shipping costs on the shopping cart page and get a clear cost at checkout. Regular promotions offering free shipping or discounted shipping to encourage customer shopping.

Order Tracking
All orders will be provided with a tracking number, allowing customers to track the logistics status of their orders through our website. Regularly send customers order status update notifications, including shipping, arrival in the destination country, customs clearance, and other information.

  • Customers are responsible for bearing the customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Provide relevant information on the checkout page to avoid unnecessary trouble. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Address errors may lead to delivery delays or lost packages, and responsibility will not be assumed.
  • Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
