Q:  How do I check my order status?

A:  Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking number.  If you have trouble with tracking, please email us at  sierra@pluseslife.com

 

Q:  Are your products handmade?

A:  Our crochet bags are hand woven with cotton yarn or other lines.

 

Q:  Do you offer free shipping and free returns?

A:  We offer free shipping with order $50+. but unfortunately we cannot offer free returns.  You will need to pay return shipping.
